It's been a few days since our last post but we have been hard at work so we have not had much time to update everybody.

We now have a complete Investor package along with a very impressive Lender program that is sure to please those looking to make a nice return.

So now that that is out of the way I can get to talking about some more exciting news!

We have recently found our perfect location! Although we cannot give you guys specifics yet we can tell you that it is a 7,000 sqft piece of land and the building itself is 3,000 sqft. This is going to give us plenty of room to really build the lounge that we all truly dream of. other than the impressive square footage the location is in an extremely easy to find location regardless of where you are coming from. We also have excellent sign exposure on a very busy road!

We are also in the final stages of designer the exquisite interior and it is looking pretty impressive!

Hey Everybody!

First of all, we would like to thank everyone for their interest in Trinity Hookah Lounge, we are very excited to be bringing what we believe will be the biggest and best hookah lounge in Denver. So with that said, we have had a lot of questions coming in regarding the new Trinity Lounge that we would like to address.

Q: When are you guys opening?
A: Well, as of now we are in the process of securing all our financing and location needs. Once we have secured our location we will break ground and begin work on Trinity. As for an opening date, we would like to shoot for mid-July to early August.

Q: Who is Trinity Lounge?
A: Trinity Hookah Lounge is the collaboration of a few people that just want to see a new hookah lounge that offers more than the traditional and over done hookah bar. As far as ownership goes, current owners are Freeman LaFleur and Matt Jones. With some special thanks to Caroline Mayer, David Owens, Meghan Gallagher, Zane Batch, and Stephanie Larkins.

Q: How much will a hookah cost?
A: Not the most and not the cheapest around, how does that sound? We do have our prices set already, but we will not be announcing them until we get closer to our Grand Opening.

Q: Where will Trinity Hookah Lounge be located?
A: The exact location will not be disclosed until we are ready to open, but just know that it will be in the southwest metro area.

Q: Will you guys I.D.?
A: Yes, we will I.D. and be marking guests that are under 18 years of age. This does not mean you cannot come to Trinity if you are under 18, but does mean you cannot purchase a hookah unless you are 18 or older.

Student Hours (Denver First)

So there have been a few questions as to what the "student Hours" is. This will be every weekday from 3-6 and will be a special time that students can come in and get discounts on hookahs, snacks, and energy drinks with their student I.D. It is designed to encourage students to come in and study or work on projects. We will also have free Wi-Fi access with the purchase of a hookah. We look foreward to having Trinity Hookah Lounge become a fun enviroment for students to come and relax.

Options For Location

We have several options as far as location is concerned...we have places between 2,000 and 3,500 sqft in mind. We would like a space close to downtown Denver but feel the areas around Broadway are over saturated. One spot in particular has got me excited. It is located right off of hampden and wadsworth and features 3,500 sqft of space. Although it is not close to downtown, it is in an area that is void of any hookah lounges.
